- For professional who are engaged in short term assignments, seminar, exhibition, commissioning, technical support, attend / provide training.
- Dependent Pass is required for legal spouse and children below 18 years old of EP holder.
- Social Visit Pass (Long Term) for children above 18 years and parents & Parents-in-law of EP holder.

- ESD registration is mandatory for companies that intend to hire expatriates.
- Registration for Information & Communication Technology (ICT) companies for the application of Foreign Knowledge Worker (FKW) employment through MDEC.
- Employment Pass (EP) / Professional Visit Pass (PvP) application for IT companies under Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) status.
- Employment Pass (EP) / Professional Visit Pass (PvP) application for ICT companies.
- WRT application for companies that have more than 50% of foreign share ownership operating in wholesale, retail, distributive trade, import & export, franchise, services and consultancy industry.
- Minimum paid up capital is RM1 million.
- BPL application from the relevant state authorities.
- Signboard license application.
- CIDB license application for registration of contractors.
- CIDB Green Card.
- Public House License application with local authority for alcohol sales.
- License application on import of liquor from Royal Malaysian Customs Department (Customs).
- Application for setting up Representative (REP) & Regional Offices through MIDA.
- Application of the expatriate posts for the above.
- Manufacturing License and the corresponding Expatriate posts.
- Application for Manufacturing Licenses from Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA).
- Application of the expatriate posts for the above.
- Expatriates eligible for RP-T can hold the RP-T for up to 10 years.
